If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described,you can get a replacement for the same product with in 7 days of the product being received by the seller.Kindly note that each and every product of Tiara undergoes stringent quality checks before dispatch and the chances of receiving a damaged/defective product is negligible.
Return/Replacement Process
If you are facing any issues with the paper products purchased at Tiara ,we shall help by verifying & trying to resolve your product issue as a part of the return/replacement verification process.The issue resolution steps may be shared with you over a call with assistance by our team.
The return has to be send by the Buyer to Tiara at below address:-
D-58 okhla Industrial area phase-1 near Honda showroom-110020.
Courier cost has to be borne by the buyer.
Complete Product
Once the complete product is received with all the accessories and freebies-the verification process will start.
If the return product is Damaged/Defective/not as described - Our Replacement team will replace the same product in 7 days.
No refunds will be done. To maintain the quality of our paper products , products once sold cannot be returned .
Replacement of damaged / defective products will be done.
Cancellation policy
Order Cancellation can be done uptill 48 hours of placing the order. For cancellation Plz mail us on Info@tiarastories.com with your order no. Refund of the same will be initiated within 72 hours after the cancellation is done through NEFT bank transfer.
Size Exchange/Return Policy Only
The given size charts are very accurate to its measurements and we suggest choosing your required size based on the given measurement chart only.
But if you still need a size exchange for the ordered product - please follow below:
- Customer has to send the product back via courier to our below address.
Courier charges will be borne by the customer

D-58, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi -110020 - All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer. - Once the warehouse receives the product back ,Exchanged size will be delivered within 7 days.
- No further exchange in same product will be possible.
- We have No Refund Policy.
- Incase a product is received in Damaged condition. Pictures of the Damage product needs to be mailed to us at info@tiarastories.com.
Once the images are verified. Same steps to be followed as above for an exchange of same product.
Refunds
The refund process will be initiated within 7 working days once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verification at our end. The mode of refund will be through NEFT.
