The given size charts are very accurate to its measurements and we suggest choosing your required size based on the given measurement chart only.

But if you still need a size exchange for the ordered product - please follow below:

1. Customer has to send the product back via courier to our below address.
   Courier charges will be borne by the customer

2. All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
   Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
3. Once the warehouse receives the product back ,Exchanged size will be delivered within 7 days.
4. No further exchange in same product will be possible.
5. We have No Refund Policy.
6. Incase a product is received in Damaged condition. Pictures of the Damage product needs to be mailed to us at info@tiarastories.com.
   Once the images are verified. Same steps to be followed as above for an exchange of same product.
