• If you want size exchange, our team will get your item picked up and send the exchange 
• Note: Without tags outfits wont be picked up
• Incase you don't want a replacement, we will issue a gift card worth the value of the product. This store credit can be used in the website within 1 year. 
• No refunds available. 
• Note: Second time exchange would be charged a fee of Rs. 250 
• We maintain video records of each order being packed and dispatched to ensure 100% quality delivery and can share with you if required. 
• Nevertheless- If you still find a damaged /defective/missing product, just let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out for you quickly :). Dont forget to share video of unboxing the package and its contents to resolve the issue swiftly.

• Sale time is super busy, and we’re working hard to get your orders out ASAP. If there’s a slight delay, thank you for your patience—you’re the best!
